B2X, the company that already provides after sales support to some of the famous brands including Apple, Samsung and OnePlus, has bagged another major contract. It has been chosen as an authorized service partner by Google to handle support for Pixel devices.
B2X is no small name in its field. It already has presence in 140 countries. As far as India is concerned, it has more than 250 service stations and employs 800+ staff. It also emphasizes on providing humane experience to its customers with internal trainings to its staff. B2X has also appointed a new CEO, Mr.Deep Pant. He will taking over the charge from the outgoing CEO Maximilian Grabmayr.
With B2X, Google Pixel owners will be able to get their devices fixed at the convenience their couch, literally. If the Pixel needs a repair, B2X can send its technician to your doorsteps or arrange a courier pickup for you. And there’s always the option to visit one of their service stations.
This year’s Pixel 2 XL is surrounded by a lot of issues, especially the display issues. India being a key market for Google, having to B2X as its partner should allow it to handle issues seamlessly.
