Google Has Rolled Out Android Marshmallow For Nexus Devices

In the Android world, Marshmallow is a hot word. And rightly so as it is the major OS upgrade this year. Everyone’s going crazy who and when will get the update. HTC and Motorola at least have the plans. But who else could be luckier than the owners of Nexus devices, Google’s brainchild?

Well yes, Google has indeed started rolling out Android Marshmallow for some of its Nexus devices. The lucky ones are Nexus 5, Nexus 6, Nexus 7 2013 (WiFi/mobile), Nexus 9 and Nexus Player. The update is being rolled out as OTA update in phases and carrier branded variants would get it a little later (still before other OEMs).But if you are a kindda adventures person, you can flash the Android 6.0 Marshmallow factory images which Google has posted.

There you have it. Enjoy your new phone, folks!
