HTC has launched their latest mid-range handsets in India today. The first in the series is HTC Desire 700 dual SIM. Among the three handsets that HTC launched today, Desire 700 has been priced high at Rs.33,000.
In terms of looks it closely resembles HTC One or better HTC One Mini. It is powered by 1.2 GHz quad-core processor. Although HTC has not named the SoC we guess it’s none other than Snapdragon 200 used in other Desire series handsets like Desire 600. There’s 1 GB of RAM as well. It has 5 inch display but with qHD resolution. And it has HTC BoomSound (dual frontal stereo speakers) as well.
Desire 700 dual SIM features 8MP camera with a LED flash with f/2.0 and 28mm lens. To complement the camera, HTC also provides some camera goodies such as HTC Zoe with sequence shot and object removal. It is also able to record videos in 1080p Full HD resolution. On the front it has 2.1MP wide angle camera.
Desire 700 runs on 2G and 3G networks; the second SIM runs only on 2G networks. Bluetooh 4.0, WiFi and DLNA are obviously present. It’s powered by 2100 mAh battery which HTC claims to provide 8 hrs of talktime on 3G.
HTC Desire 700 dual SIM will be available at Rs.33,050.
