Lenovo’s aptly named P series of phones have always been that extra battery juice. We have already witnessed the power in Vibe P1m and the bigger Vibe P1. The Lenovo P2 comes as a successor to Vibe P1.
Obviously, the 5,100 mAh battery is its biggest feature. That’s exactly what you must be desiring as your phone’s battery drains out in less than a day with two SIMs and 4G. However, it doesn’t make unnecessary compromises elsewhere. The Lenovo P2 has Snapdragon 652 and option of 3GB or 4GB RAM, which is an acceptable configuration. The 5.5-inch display has FullHD AMOLED panel which is rather fantastic at this price. The power-conservative Snapdragon 652 and AMOLED display is deadly combo.
Couple this with a 13MP rear/5MP front camera arrangement, fingerprint sensor, dual band WiFi and 1.5W loudspeaker, you have an excellent package. The only thing that might disappoint us is the hybrid dual SIM slot that has become mainstream recently.
The good thing, though, about Lenovo P2 is all of it is packed inside a metal unibody. And there are even launch day offers when it goes on sale.
