LG Q6 Follows In The Footsteps Of G6 With FullVision Display On Budget

There is always that one phone maker that brings a feature from premium phones to budget phones and triggers a new race. LG has done exactly that with its LG Q6 which has extremely narrow bezels ever seen on any budget phone.

The LG Q6 costs Rs.14,990 (~US$235) but brings the display similar to the flagship LG G6. It features a 5.5-inch FullVision display with FullHD+ resolution (1080 x 2160) and 18:9 ratio. LG has done a great job shrinking the bezels on all four sides to such an extent that you get an immersive experience. The LG Q6 is encompassed inside a metal unibody which is also 810G certified which means it can handle drops better.

LG has got the rest of the spec sheet right as well and in sync with other phones in the segment. There seats the Snapdragon 430 processor to take care of the tasks and is mated to 3GB RAM. There is a 13MP primary camera and front facing 5MP camera has wide angle lens. The 3,000 mAh battery keeps it alive and running.

The LG Q6 is available for purchase exclusively on Amazon India without any gimmicky sale for Rs.14,990. LG is also offering one-time screen replacement if you break it within 6 months of purchase. But it’s better to be careful. It will run Android Nougat 7.1.1 out of the box.
