The Pricey LG Stylus 2 Brings Along Its Poor Specsheet To India

LG has launched its latest smartphone for the Indian market. The LG Stylus 2 is an addition to its portfolio of stylus equipped phones.

Traditionally, the Stylus series phones have been ill equipped in terms of specifications against their prices. The LG Stylus 2 isn’t any different. It has some unknown Snapdragon quad-core processor ticking at 1.2GHz coupled with 2GB RAM. It has a 16MP rear camera and 8MP camera on the front. The main camera can thankfully record videos in 1080p resolution. The 5.7 inch display has a mere 720p HD resolution. The LG Stylus 2 is just 7.4mm thick. The only differentiating factor is the stylus. It has dual SIM support with 4G LTE along with VoLTE and VoWiFi. It will sport a 3,000 mAh battery and will run on Android Marshmallow out of the box.

LG will be selling this one for Rs.19,500 (~US $290). At this price point the LG Stylus 2 doesn’t stand chance against phones like Moto G4 Plus.
