HTC has made their latest low-end offering, Desire 200,silently official. The Desire 200 carries the little bit of the flagship One’s design. Just a little bit. The handset is clearly a replacement for yesteryear’s Desire C. The Desire 200, as a entry level handset, isn’t a master on spec sheet. It’s powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 1GHz processor and 512 MB RAM. The display is relatively poor with a LCD unit of 320×480 resolution. It has 4GB of internal space and microSD slot to expand the memory further. Desire 200 has 5MP fixed focus camera which is capable of VGA recording. Other specs include 3.5 capability and Bluetooth 4.0 and A-GPS. One thing that is worth looking forward to is the inclusion of high-quality Beats Audio earphones that’ll come with the handset. It’ll presumably come with Android JellyBean skinned with HTC’s Sense UI. There are no details about pricing yet. But looking at the spec sheet,it wouldn’t be very expensive.
