Moto E3 Power, needless to say, is the latest in Motorola’s budget E series. The Moto E3 Power is the highest spec-ed phone in the series. It is also the first Moto phone to feature MediaTek processor. So it will be interesting to see how potential buyers respond to it.
Motorola recently also launched the Moto G4 Play in India. Both the phones look identical and have similar spec sheets: quad-core processors, 2GB RAM, 5 inch HD displays and same camera configuration – 8MP rear and 5MP front. However, Moto E3 tops the G4 Play with its massive 3,500 battery compared to 2,800 mAh of the latter. Moto E3 Power even comes with a 10W rapid charger that fills the battery with 5 hours of life in 15 minutes. All this for a price tag of Rs. 7,999 (US $119) versus Rs.8,999 (US $135) you would pay for Moto G4 Play.
Moto E3 Power has dual SIM 4G support with VoLTE and you will get a free Reliance Jio card. The processor in question here is MediaTek 6735p quad-core running at 1GHz.
To make the whole deal even more lucrative, Motorola is giving a free 32GB memory card, additional Rs.1000 on the regular exchange value of your phone, extra Rs.800 off if you buy with SBI Debit or Credit cards, and Moto Pulse headsets will be offered at the discounted price of Rs.499. All these offers are valid only for the launch day. Sale starts at the midnight on Flipkart.
There are likes of Redmi 3S and Coolpad Note 3 against which the Moto E3 Power will have to stand up. But people who are fed up flash sales and are keen on having peace of mind after sales have a right phone to buy.
