Moto Maxx Packs 3900 mAh Battery and 21MP Camera; Take My Money, Motorola

Moto-Maxx

When Verizon launched its latest flagship, Droid Turbo by Motorola, it created a buzz in the industry for its awesome feature set that is nowhere to be seen on current flagships. It got people craving for itself and also frustrated them with the fact that it was exclusively for Verizon. And soon after that rumors of Moto Maxx started doing the rounds of internet which almost confirmed its existence. There are many people who don’t want to go to Verizon for Droid Turbo and are ready to skip Nexus 6 for the superior Moto Maxx.

And today we have Moto Maxx in all its glory and no compromise. This international variant of has all the features of Droid Turbo. It has the same great, 3900 mAh battery and a 21MP camera that records 4K videos and a 5.2 inch AMOLED QuadHD (1440 x 2560) display. Okay, so now to run of all these features, it’d need an equally powerful processor. Moto Maxx is bang on there with a quad core Snapdragon 805 running at 2.7GHz with Adreno 420 GPU and mated to 3GB of RAM. We souldn’t ask for more, right? But Motorola wants to give us more. This gorgeous phone comes in the rock-solid chassis (well, not literally). Moto Maxx is the first in the industry to use premium ballistic nylon and there is DuPont Kevlar fiber, which is five times stronger than steel. Corning Gorilla Glass adds another layer of endurance and water repellent nano-coating completes the package.

As usual motorola has put stock Android KitKat (4.4.4) which means faster updates. And it’s Turbo charging feature adds eight hours of battery in just 15 minutes. Hurray!

My message to Motorola,

Now I know you’re already excited after reading about Moto Maxx and must be wondering when and where you can get it and how much it’ll cost. Muricca you’ll be disappointed to know but if you want it first, you should go to Brazil. Yup, Brazil will be the first country to get Moto Maxx and it’ll cost approx. $876 or R$2,199. It’s available online from today. Mexico will get it by mid-November followed by more Latin American countries later. Although Motorola hasn’t said anything explicitly about releasing Moto Maxx in other markets, we can expect it to arrive by the holiday season for key markets like Europe.
