Motorola’s second gen Moto X is now ready to go ‘head-on’ in Indian market. Company’s flagship handset is now available for purchase in the country and this time Moto has chosen Flipkart as its partner to sell the handset. Moto X will be available on Flipkart from midnight at Rs.31,999 which translates to $524.
Motorola’s first gen Moto X too received good response worldwide including India. But hardware was dated compared to the competition. The second gen Moto X has specs that put it at par with rest of the flagships. Moto X (2014) is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 2.5GHz quad-core processor and has 2GB of RAM. It also picks up 5.2 inch OLED Full HD (1080p) display, a 13MP AF rear cam with dual LED flash. It features stereo speakers on the front. There’s 16GB of inbuilt memory but no microSD slot.
Moto X (2014) runs latest Android KitKat (4.4.4) but the awesomeness lies in the ‘voice’ based operations that you can do with Moto X. You can post status update on Facebook or send messages on WhatsApp all by just using your voice. By the way, Moto X has 2300 mAh to provide the juice. It’ll be available from mid-night on Flipkart.
