We have been hearing about Moto X4 for quite some time now, but nothing concrete about it. Until the folks at Android Authority got some first-hand info about the upcoming Moto phone.
The Moto X4 has appeared in supposed press renders that clear doubts about its design. It carries the design of recent Motorola phones like Z2 Force and G5S Plus. However, the camera part has been slightly reworked. The back will drop metal in favor of glass. The leaked render shows it in Super Black, and Sterling Blue and the glass back will enhance these colors.
For the specs part, there will be four variants, all powered by Snapdragon 630 processor. However, different variants will have the varying amount of RAM. Europe, North America, and South America will get 3GB/32GB variant while the APAC region will get 4GB/64GB one. There will be 5.2-inch FullHD display, hopefully, AMOLED, as it is only next to top-end Z series.
The front camera on Moto X4 is rumored to have a 16MP sensor with flash, which can do 4K videos. The dual camera setup on the back is expected to have 12MP dual autofocus camera along with 8MP with the wide-angle camera (up to 120 degrees). The 3,000 mAh battery is expected to do the job of keeping it running.
This pretty much tells us about all the details of Moto X4 except for its price or launch date. But going by how intense the leaks have come, all we can say is the new phone is not far now.
