Nokia, now known as Nokia Mobile, is making its comeback to one of its key market – India. India is full of Nokia loyalists and the launch of its phones is certainly a big deal.
The new Nokias to launch in India seat in three price segments, therefore having one for everyone. The cheapest of the three, Nokia3, is priced at Rs.9999, the Nokia 5 at Rs.10,999 and Nokia 6 at 14,999. At these price points, all three Nokia phones will have to face likes of Galaxies, Redmis, and Motos.
The Nokia 3 is powered by MediaTek 6737 processor and 2GB RAM. The Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 have Snapdragon 430 processor and 2GB and 3GB RAM respectively. Nokia 3 and Nokia 5 have 16GB onboard storage whereas Nokia 6 comes with 32GB storage. Nokia 3,5 and 6 have 8MP, 13MP, and 16MP rear cameras respectively and all of them have 8MP front cameras. The Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 have 3000 mAh batteries while the Nokia 3 settles with little less 2,630 mAh battery.
The Nokia 3 and Nokia 5 will be sold offline only, so you’ll need to check in stores around you. The Nokia 6, on the other hand, will be sold exclusively on Amazon India and gets you Rs.1000 cashback as Amazon Pay balance. Nokia 6 will be available in flash sale and its registration will start on 14th July, one month from now. There’s no mention when the sale will happen, though. The Nokia 5 will be available for pre-orders starting July 7. Nokia 3 is the only phone that you can grab quickly as it goes on sale from June 16.
