Nokia X Debuts In India, Starts Selling Today For Rs.8,499


Well, just as promised Nokia launched its Android powered phones today in India. As of now, only Nokia X, the very basic model from the series will be available. Nokia has not stopped by launching the phone, it’ll also be available to buy right from today. Mr. Viral Oza, Director Marketing, Nokia India launched the device and Mr. Joyce Ray, Head, Channel Development, accompanied him to demo the Nokia X to the audience. While the Nokia X+ and Nokia XL were only introduced today, both of them are expected to hit Indian shores somewhere in the Q2 2014 as told by Mr.Oza during Q&A session.

Nokia X is available for purchase right from today and Nokia India has priced it at Rs.8,499. So far Nokia hasn’t announced any special offer like it always does for its Asha phones.
