It is 5.2 inch in size and has FullHD resolution. The 20MP camera also gets enhanced to support higher ISO levels at 12,800. It is powered by a Snapdragon 801 processor with 3GB of RAM. Xperia Z2 also featured similar specs but the CPU in Xperia Z3 now runs at 2.5GHz compared to 2.3GHz in Z2.
Sony has also bumped up waterproofing and dust resistance to IP65/IP68. Battery has been reduced a bit to 3100 mAh but Sony has managed to squeeze the same performance, thanks to its STAMINA mode. Sony Xperia Z3 will also support 4G in Indian market.
