It’s been only last week when Sony announced that its flagship Xperia Z3 would be coming to United States as Xperia Z3v on Verizon Wireless. This week, another carrier, T-Mobile is ready to pick up the handset for its network. Picking up a Xperia Z3 on T-Mo would be exciting for couple of things. First, it’ll be available for $0 with a two years contract and second, you can get it before the national launch which will be happening on October 29. I know for sure, there would be many people waiting to get this one on magenta.
Although Sony Xperia Z3 will be available for $0, you’ll still need to take T-Mobile’s monthly plan which would cost you $26.25/month, for 24 months. This pricing is closer to other flagships in T-Mobile’s arsenal. As per T-Mobile, this price is for the “well qualified” customer. At the end of the contract, you’d have paid $630. It will go on sale through T-Mobile stores and website from October 29 but T-Mobile also has pre-sale lined up for early birds. Pre-sale will open on October 15, at 12 AM EDT. This will let buyers get their hands on Xperia Z3 before the national launch.
As far as the specifications are concerned, Xperia Z3 packs quite a punch with Snapdragon 801 2.5GHz quad-core processor and 3GB RAM. This coupled with its waterproof design, a 5.2 inch FullHD display and a 20.7MP camera which can also record 4K videos, make it worth a buy. It also packs a 3100 mAh battery.
For people who don’t want to switch CDMA network of Verizon and also avoid paying their higher contract prices, T-Mobile seems a good choice. Hit the link below to register to get notified when Xperia Z3 live on T-Mobile. So would you be buying Xperia Z3 on T-Mobile? Let us know in the comments.
