Toshiba’s New Windows 10 Laptops Are The First To Have A Dedicated Cortana KeyJune 19, 2015
There is no doubt PC that users are looking forward to Windows 10 which will be released next month. It also seems PC makers too, are confident about Windows 10 than they were with Windows 8/8.1.
One such PC maker, Toshiba, has revamped its laptop lineup to support Windows 10. Toshiba apparently seems so impressed with Windows 10 that it has dedicated it a key for Microsoft’s digital assistant, Cortana. Cortana itself has impressed with its intelligence and more so on smartphones. Getting back to Toshiba’s announcement, new models announced include Intel’s 5th gen Core i processors. Toshiba is launching a new lineup of convertible notebooks under Satellite Radius brand. It will include three sizes: 14 inch, 15.6 inch and 15.6 inch with 4K UltraHD display. These convertibles offer 360 degree flip and offer various modes. It will be available from June 21 and price starts at $585.
Satellite Fusion is another convertible notebook Toshiba has added to its lineup. It is similar to the Satellite Radius range in terms of features. It’s already on sale for $650.
Toshiba’s one of the premium series, S-series, now includes new configurations that offer FullHD, HD+ or 4K Ultra HD displays in two sizes, 15.6 inch or 17 inch. Its pricing starts at $720 for 15.6 inch model and $875 for 17.3 inch model.
Toshiba’s value series, L and C series too, have received the refresh to include new models. These too will go on sale from June 21. Except for the L series, all other notebooks announced today come with the dedicated Cortana key. For more details on Toshiba’s new laptops, hit the source link below.
